Naco Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how LIVO TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (“Naco,” “Naco App,” “we,” “our,” or “platform”) handles the Personal Information (as defined herein) you provide to us, and the data we collect when you use our App or our Service. Protecting and managing users’ Personal Information is essential to our operations. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using our App or Service, you acknowledge and accept the policies described here.

1. What Does This Privacy Policy Cover?

In compliance with applicable international laws and regulations, Naco will not make the Service available in the following countries or territories:

- Iran

- Information we get from third parties

Below is more detail on each category.

4. Information You Choose to Give Us

By accessing or using Naco, whether through the App or otherwise interacting with our Service, you provide us with certain Personal Information. This may include, but is not limited to, the following:

- Personally Identifiable Information may include, without limitation, data you provide when registering for the App or the Service. This may cover your name, profile picture, date of birth, phone number, contents of your phone book, email address, gender, Facebook account details and friends list, or usernames and “likes” and preferences from other social networks. It also includes your friend lists, how many friends you have via social networks, messages you send to other users via the App or Service, profile pictures you upload, information about how you use the Service, and browser data.

- Any information you choose to share may be visible to your contacts on the platform. You have full control over your profile information and can update it at any time. If you sign up using your Facebook account (e.g. via Facebook Connect), we may retain your Facebook ID and the related authentication token on our servers. With your consent, we may also collect certain details from your Facebook profile such as your first and last name, email address, profile picture, friend list, and birthday. Your profile is visible to other users connected to you on our platform. Additionally, unless you disable discoverability in the app settings (which you may do at any time), your profile can be found by other users. You can block any user on our platform to stop them from accessing your Personal Information.

- You may choose to share your mobile device’s Contacts list with us (including names, phone numbers, email addresses, Facebook ID, Apple ID, etc.). We will retain this information on our servers to help enhance the service, for instance, by facilitating connections with friends already using Naco. If you prefer not to have us retain this contacts data, you may disable this option in your account settings or contact us via email. Note that opting out may limit your access to certain service features.

- When you send messages, images, or any other content through Naco’s Services, you’re giving us that data. Please note that recipients, whether via text, image, or other formats, may save or share it beyond the App’s environment. The same principles that govern online behavior hold here: do not send or share any content you would not be comfortable with others saving or forwarding.
